Doug Bartlett is the owner/operator of KTB Charters in America's Hometown of Plymouth, MA. Doug is extremely passionate about fishing and he wanted to create an experience for other fishing enthusiasts to enjoy off of Plymouth Harbor - that is how KTB Charters was born!
